Financial statements

Preparation of financial statements including balance sheet and profit, and loss statement duly generated from the accounting software;

Budgets and financial projections

Preparation of feasibility reports, budgets, management accounts and financial projections as and when requested by the client

Feasibility and tax reports

Preparation of various financial reports, tax returns as required to be submitted as per federal state and local tax laws;

Management Reporting

Complete bookkeeping of clients on a timely basis in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted

• Posting of accounting entries including journal entries as per guidance provided by the Client and in accordance with GAAP
• Preparation of bank reconciliation statement / reports for review by the Client
• Preparation of other type of reconciliations as and when requested by the Client
• Generation of trial balance and reconciling it with subsidiary ledgers
